Port Lincoln tuna titan Hagen Stehr is cutting ties with the North Adelaide house that has served as his city base for almost 25 years.
Mr Stehr, a pioneer in the development of the Australian southern bluefin tuna industry, built the property at 110 Mills Tce in 2001.
Countless family memories and business dealings with big names, including politicians, have been made at the property over the years.

The property overlooks the North Adelaide Golf Course.
But following a family tragedy, Mr Stehr said it was time to move on.
“As a base it was second to none,” the German native said.
“It’s in a good area across from the golf course so nobody can build you out.
“A lot of people say, ‘Oh, you will regret it one day’ but right now I just don’t even want to go back there.”
Mr Stehr, who lives in Port Lincoln, was 18 years old when he started reeling tuna in the Southern Ocean.
His family has called Port Lincoln home for more than 60 years, building a seafood empire that employs more than 75 people.
While he felt like the time was right to sell, Mr Stehr said he wasn’t just going to take the first offer that came his way.
“The price has got to be reasonable,” he said.
The grand three-bedroom home has stood the test of time with a modern interior and elegant features.
