The singer, 41, and the actor, 49, could be questioned about millions of dollars allegedly still owed to businessman Carl Westcott, who unsuccessfully attempted to reverse the sale of his sprawling Montecito estate after agreeing to sell it in 2020. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Westcott is seeking permission to subpoena both stars as he attempts to collect the remaining funds from the transaction.
