92-94 Prince Alfred St, Newport now has a $23m guide, down from $27m.
Brook Adcock, who co-founded the Pandora jewellery franchise in Australia, has cut $4m off the price of his Newport waterfront home and changed agents in a bid to find a buyer.
Last November he listed his six-bedroom property on a double north-facing block complete with 130ft jetty and two deepwater berths for $27m.
Now he has relaunched with a $23m guide. And fresh agent Matt Brady, of Belle Property Northern Beaches, said he expects a prompt sale.
“We have had a lot of overseas inquiry, this is a landmark holding and buyers are attracted to the substantial size, the uniqueness, the flair and the boating features,” he said.

Point House, at 92-94 Prince Alfred Pde, Newport is on 1397sqm of north-facing land with main house, guest house, infinity edge pool and commanding views of Pittwater.
There are five ensuite bedrooms, a gym, a billiard room, a home office and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.
Brook’s ex, Karin Adcock, brought the Danish jewellery brand to Australia in 2004 launching it from her Avalon garage. The couple then built Pandora into a $200m operation before selling their interest back to the parent company.
Commands views over Pittwater.
And great accommodation for visitors.
Point House was the Adcock family home, purchased in 2008 for $14.6m.
Later, Karin also bought a Newport waterfront home, in Beaconsfield St, which she sold in 2020 for $8.9m.
She told the Manly Daily years ago that she leant a yacht to the then Danish Crown Prince Frederik, had met the royal couple several times and thought they were lovely people.
It is believed that now the couple’s daughters are grown, Brook is relocating overseas.
Point House has landscaped gardens and level lawns and is moments to yacht clubs, beaches, cafés and Newport village.
It is for sale via expressions of interest.
