Andrew Cochineas is CEO, and his two brothers are on the board of Pallion Group, a precious metal services business that works with gold and metal enhancement.

The family company worked on both the Queen Elizabeth II Bicentennial Coach and the Australian Commonwealth War Memorial.

His wife, Lisette Cochineas, is a former general manager of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in NSW and the Act.

Designer Cameron Kimber, who worked on Rick Stein’s property, did the interiors.


The high-powered couple bought in The Grove almost 19 years ago and set about building a tri-level home with all the glamour of the South of France.

They engaged designer Cameron Kimber, who worked on Rick Stein’s property, and who is known for his customized luxury interiors.

So, there is hand painted wallpaper, a custom stucco staircase and full cedar pivot entry doors.

The kitchen is finished in Natural Brazilian quartz.

The four bedroom, four-bathroom, two-car garage home is on almost 600sqm of land with level access, lift, heated swimming pool, a northeast aspect and views to Balmoral.
