St Kilda forward Jack Higgins has joined the list of AFL identities kicking in to help promote Melbourne real estate listings.
The former Richmond player and 2018 AFL Goal of the Year recipient appears in an online marketing video for a three-bedroom house at 9 Myrtle Court, Oakleigh South.
Other famous footy faces who have joined the property promotion bandwagon include an icon of the game, Kevin Sheedy, who has starred in multiple videos for OBrien Real Estate while ex-Kangaroos captain Wayne Carey graced a clip showing off a North Melbourne apartment last year.

Buxton Oakleigh’s Dimitri Damianos said he met Higgins a few months ago and recruited him for the video because the house has a park behind it.
In the video, Higgins catches a football that Mr Damianos kicks to him from the back yard.
Mr Damianos said the idea behind having Higgins in the video was to provide a point of difference in the Melbourne real estate market where thousands of new properties are listed every week.
And depending on matches and his training schedule, Higgins might even make an appearance at the home’s auction.
Mr Damianos said the brick house, set on a 722sq m block, had been owned by a family from an European background for several years.
Featuring a formal living area and dining space, there’s also a kitchen and meals area with a servery that opens to the family room.
Ducted heating, a wall airconditioner, two sheds, a garage with a workshop and double carport are among the other amenities.
“It’s a fantastic family home in particular,” Mr Damianos said.
“There’s an option to renovate or knock down and rebuild, subject to council approval.”
Mr Damianos said he was a fan of the house’s retro-style kitchen and bathroom, and that the residence’s “good bones” had mostly attracted family buyers hoping to renovate it.
The abode will be auctioned at 11.30am on Saturday.
