X Games gold medallist and freestyle motocross icon Cam Sinclair and wife Brooke are selling their Cranbourne South estate — complete with a custom-made motocross track.

Sinclair, who famously landed a double backflip and staged one of the sport’s biggest comebacks after a near-fatal crash in 2009, said the property had been their “forever home”, but the family was now ready for more space.

The property’s motocross track had once been a pro-level training facility he used daily to prepare for international performances.

The open-plan kitchen features premium finishes and generous space, designed for both family gatherings and entertaining friends.

“There were foam pits, proper run-ups, it was a serious set up,” he said.

“These days it’s for fun. The kids love it, and I still get out there with my mates.”

Their five-bedroom home was built on five acres more than a decade ago and has been shaped by the family’s evolving lifestyle, also featuring a private motocross track, equestrian ménage, pool, pool house and half basketball court.

Ms Sinclair said the couple had bought the land while she was pregnant with their first child, wanting to create both a training base for Cam and a peaceful place to raise a family.

A resort-style pool and pool house create the ultimate summer escape, complete with a bar and full bathroom.

The main living zone centres around a statement fireplace, offering warmth and comfort through the cooler months.

“Cam had always dreamt of riding on his own land, and I just wanted space and calm, somewhere we could build something beautiful and raise our kids,” she said.

“Every part of it has grown with us, the track, the arena, the pool house, we didn’t do it all at once, it’s evolved over 13 years.”

However with their kids growing up, they need more space and have decided to sell up.

Sinclair’s games room doubles as a trophy showcase, filled with memorabilia from his X Games gold medal career.

Three full bathrooms, including a luxe guest ensuite, deliver elegant style and practical family comfort.

McGrath Langwarrin’s Ty Luff said the $3.3m home was one of the most complete lifestyle properties he had seen in the area.

“This place goes above and beyond, it’s not just ticking boxes, it’s rewriting the checklist,” Mr Luff said.

“It’s a dream for families who want it all — the track, the ménage, the pool, the finishes — and you’ve got five usable acres to play with.”

Built by Botanic Homes, the house includes multiple living zones, a large open-plan kitchen with elegant finishes, and three full bathrooms including an ensuite in the guest wing, now claimed by their daughter.

The custom-built Botanic Homes residence makes a striking statement against the backdrop of five picturesque acres.

Every feature, from the arena to the pool house, has evolved over 13 years to match the family’s lifestyle.

The pool house, added more recently, includes a full bathroom, bar and entertaining zone and has become the family’s go-to summer hangout.

“We’re either in the main living room by the fire or out by the pool,” Ms Sinclair said.

“It really is a lifestyle property, it flows with the seasons and suits every stage of family life.”

Expansive lawns, landscaped gardens and outdoor amenities make the property a rare Cranbourne South lifestyle package.

The Sinclair family plan to stay in the local area and are currently eyeing more land to support their children’s growing interests in motocross and horse riding.

“We’re not going far,” Sinclair said.

“We love the community here. We’re just ready to start the next chapter.”
