A Melbourne real estate agent done up like superhero Iron Man crashes through the ceiling of a Fairfield house in a new listing video that’s grabbing attention far and wide.

Collings Real Estate’s Christian Gravias and his team used special effects and artificial intelligence to create the clip for the house at 234 Station St, which has garnered almost 79,000 views on social media within 24 hours.

The recording shows Mr Gravias dressed in Iron Man’s signature red and gold armour, flying down to the property, smashing through the roof and being guided through the newly-constructed, four-bedroom home that’s for sale with a $2.1m-$2.3m range.

A J.A.R.V. I. S-style AI system, much like the one from the 2008 Iron Man film starring Robert Downey Jnr, talks to Mr Gravias as he tours the abode.

Iron Man, the alter ego of fictional businessman and engineer Tony Stark, first appeared in US comic books published by Marvel Comics in the 1960s,

Mr Gravias said that years ago, he began making listing videos with actors, inspired by films such as Risky Business, Home Alone and Psycho starring actors, but AI now gives him a whole new playing field.

“For property videos, this is the next evolution and the reason we are doing it is to get attention and that leads to inquiries and people looking at properties and making offers,” he

Earlier in 2026, another Collings’ AI-assisted video for a house at 14 Hakatere St, Northcote, showcased late actor Heath Ledger’s Joker character from The Dark Knight movie blowing up that particular property – with the idea that the eventual buyer would likely demolish it in real life.

That home sold for $1.65m in February and an underbidder at the auction had first seen the residence in the ‘Joker’ reel.

For the latest recording, Mr Gravias said it was his idea to create the Iron Man video although the Fairfield home’s owner is a fan of the character and has a figurine of the superhero.

“We’ve created over 30 short-form videos for the property and launched a dedicated Instagram page, using content to drive attention and funnel buyers into a central page where they can inquire and book inspections,” Mr Gravias added.

Although he has not sought permission from the Walt Disney Company, who owns the rights to the Iron Man character, to use the superhero’s persona for the clip, Mr Gravias pointed to an agreement that Disney had previously signed with US artificial intelligence company OpenAI in 2025.

The agreement made Disney, Marvel, and Pixar characters available to the AI video-generation app Sora.

However, Mr Gravias has plans for more creative property mini-films in the future, including one inspired by singer Michael Jackson.

When it comes to the Fairfield abode, he said that young families and downsizers were among the potential buyers.

The house features a kitchen equipped with custom joinery, integrated appliances and a Bora cooktop with downdraft extraction, plus a self-contained suite with a private ensuite and courtyard.

“It’s a newly constructed four-bedroom home with 3m ceilings across both levels, commercial-grade double glazing, a full smart home system, and a level of finish that’s quite rare for the area,” Mr Gravias said.
