A collection of eight luxury apartments are under construction in a tightly held beachside pocket of Mermaid Beach.
Prominence is a $35m four-level apartment building at 13-15 Chairlift Ave with six half-floor private residences and two penthouses
Prices start from $3.445m.
Being developed by Queensland developer Mayd Group and built by EV Built, all eight residences feature balconies that spill out from oversized living spaces designed for alfresco living.

Total Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said the collection of boutique apartments was perfectly positioned in terms of location, quality and style.
“A site of this quality suitable for an apartment development in Mermaid Beach is a rare find. “Prominence presents a very limited opportunity for brand-new apartment residences on the beachside of Mermaid, which is an area mostly known for multimillion-dollar beachfront homes,” Mr Parsons said.
