It offers the optimum prime lifestyle with two enormous Transformer statues standing guard in the front yard.

But finding a buyer for this River Murray oasis has proven a challenge to say the least, with the entertainer’s delight at 6 Panorama Court, Paringa still up for grabs well over two years after being first offered up for sale.

The six-bedroom home, which also includes a playground, a slippery dip, a handball court and an indoor cinema has caught plenty of buyers’ imagination since 2022, but it’s rural location and steep price point has so far deterred serious offers, something which selling agent Pat Catalano of Ray White Riverland, hoped to change.

The home also comes with a playground, a slippery dip and pool, a handball court and an indoor cinema.

He said the home’s original price guide of $3.35m had been slashed by $700,000, meaning the home – and it’s two giant Optimus Prime and Bumblebee statues – could now be yours for

$2.65m.

“The two transformers are just epic and when you walk up to them … they are just so cool and people just love them,” Mr Catalano said.

“So what I tell people is that, they can have the transformers for $1m each and they’ll even get a free house with it.

“It’s a pretty cool deal if you ask me and I don’t think there’s anything like it.

“Unfortunately the right buyers hasn’t yet come along, but we will sell it.”

The home was built with family living in mind.

Multiple living and entertaining spaces feature throughout.

The large open-plan living space is the hub of the home.

Vendor Leanne Le and husband Peter built the property seven years ago and originally bought the two 4m tall statues for the home theatre but found they didn’t fit.

Instead, a life-size Iron Man – which can also be included in the sale – takes pride of place in that room.

“We often have movie nights where each of our kids gets to pick a movie and we will watch all of them,’’ Mrs Le told The Advertiser in 2022.

“It’s been a great house for our family. It has everything – all the space outside, the games room, the theatre, the Transformers – we’re going to miss it.’’

Set over two levels, the home has six bedrooms, including two master suites with luxury ensuites and walk-in robes and four king size bedrooms. There is also a gym and a home office.

The backyard is every child’s dream, with an in-ground pool with a water slide, an area for basketball and handball and a huge, grassed play space.
