A bespoke riverfront mansion im Brisbane known as Camber has been snapped up in a $6.35m deal.


A buyer splashed $6.35m on a bespoke riverfront home in Brisbane despite still being under construction when it sold.

Developer and builder Capital Luxury Residences (CLR) is behind ‘Camber’, an ultra-modern residence at 39 McConnell St, Bulimba.

Sarah Hackett of Place New Farm handled the off-market sale of the property to a Brisbane buyer, upgrading from New Farm.

It is the fifth highest sale in Bulimba — the record remains $10.4m for 22 Quay St.

Camber sold in a $6.35m deal.

Designed by CLR’s design director and CEO Alissa Birch, in collaboration with Melbourne-based practice Mason Bright Architects, Camber features steel and timber textures across an open-plan floorplan with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three living spaces and an office.

Earlier this year, the group sold ‘Armorel’ at Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast for a suburb record of $7.7m.
