The agent is confident of selling 65-67 Billyard Ave, Wahroonga “in days”.
Ku-ring-gai Council former deputy mayor Kim Wheatley and her husband Simon have slashed $4m off the asking price of their Wahroonga estate in a bid to get a buyer.
Last March the couple listed their Billyard Ave home with a guide of $12m then dropped it to $10m-$11m in July of last year, then to $9.75m to $10.4m in October.
Now the seven-bedroom renovated home is advertised at $8m to $8.5m – and may now have found a buyer.
Lynette Malcolm, of Di Jones Upper North Shore, said there is good interest in the home on 2321sqm and she is hopeful of selling the property within days.
