Radio star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson may have lost her $100 million media deal and is embroiled in a multimillion dollar court case against ARN, but her Clovelly dream home build is steaming ahead.
Local sources and new images show Henderson’s beachside mega mansion is really taking shape.
The rebuild was set to cost her about $5 million – yet that could be blown out now with construction and material prices tracking upwards due to the world economy.
Purchasing the block set her back $13.2m in 2023 and once the home is complete, it’s expected to be worth about $30 million.
The third floor has begun to be built, with the concrete setting for the pool also taking shape.

Despite laying relatively low while weathering the media storm of her leaving the Kyle and Jackie O show, Henderson has been spotted over the past month at the half-built mansion alongside her interior designer, Steve Cordony.
Henderson launched legal action in the Federal Court against Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) within a month of her $10 million per year contract being terminated by KIIS owner ARN Media.

Henderson has alleged the owners of KIIS FM failed to provide her with a safe workplace and failed to minimise psychosocial risks to her health following multiple complaints she made about her co-host Kyle Sandilands’ conduct, in a statement of claim filed with the Federal Court of Australia, as reported in The Daily Telegraph.
Sandilands is also in his own court case against the radio station.
CBC who owns ARN have yet to file a defence to the Federal Court of Australia.

Henderson is claiming $82.5 million in damages – a fee that would more than pay for the Clovelly pile.
Plans for the four-bedroom Clovelly home were designed by architect Madeleine Blanchfield and Henderson hopes it will be “like you are in Italy on the Amalfi Coast” when complete.
When the home rebuild began, reports show the construction caused a stir in the Randwick City Council neighbourhood, with council confirming it had received multiple complaints from locals.
