Influencer Tammy Hembrow talking up the Gold Coast lifestyle for a rewards club giveaway

Influencer Tammy Hembrow has joined Love Island contestants Kye Lambert and Yana Marks to spruik a $3m mansion giveaway.

The Gold Coast social media star appeared in a series of online videos for RS Rewards, a subscription-based platform offering members the chance to win “cars, cash, holidays, and more”, according to its website.

“I’ve got a confession to make,” Hembrow said.

“I’m giving away this dream home, or $2 million.

“This house is incredible. It’s stunning.”

One of Aus’ top influencers, Hembrow caused a stir at a weekend premier, debuting her new flame, 22-year-old model Grayson Te Moana

One of Australias’s top online earners with a following of 16.7m on Instagram alone, Hembrow heads up a fitness app and supplements business with sisters, Emilee and Amy.

It’s the second time Victorian-based RS Rewards has given away a house in the Queensland holiday city, this time a waterfront property which was abruptly pulled from the market late last year.

The winner can opt to take the house or a $2m cash prize.

Located in a gated estate in the northern suburb of Runaway Bay, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home was listed with Harcourts Property Hub agent Brent Winston in December with circa $3m price hopes.

The house is located on the northern Gold Coast

It is understood the owners withdrew the property from sale shortly after.

RS Rewards Club founder Billy Beasley did not disclose details of its purchase.

“It is confidential. It is just simply that we don’t want our competitors knowing how we operate,” Mr Beasley said.

“The house is probably worth somewhere north of $3m.”

Mr Beasley said Hembrow “ticked all the boxes” to promote the giveaway.

“We were simply looking for high-end influencers who are local to the area, and Tammy has lived there her whole life and has a great following, so she ticked all the boxes for us.”

Hembrow was joined by Yana Marks, winner of season 7 of Love Island Australia, alongside partner Kye Lambert.

Hembrow’s continued rise to prominence as one of Australia’s top influencers stands in stark contrast to her private life away from the camera.

The mother-of-three has experienced a string of high-profile break-ups in the past decade and her love life continues to make headlines as recently as this month.

Hembrow was snapped days ago debuting her new flame Grayson Te Moana. Hembrow and the 22-year-old Te Moana were snapped at the Sydney premiere of Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi film Wuthering Heights.

The new relationship follows quickly on the heels of Hembrow’s failed fling with footballer Bailey Smith, a relationship that only ended in December 2025 when both announced they were single and looking for love on Tinder, as part of a campaign with the dating app.

Prior to that, Hembrow had her first two children with personal trainer Reece Hawkins before thei engagement ended in 2018. She had a brief relationship with rapper Tyga in 2019 before having her third child with former ironman Matt Poole – a three-year relationship that ended in 2022.

Hembrow’s latest serious relationship with former reality star Matt Zukowski resulted in the pair getting married before the relationship ended in June 2025 following months of cheating rumours and whispers the couple was on the rocks.

The RS Rewards home has wide water views

There are five bedrooms and multiple indoor-outdoor zones

Mr Beasley said regular subscriptions to RS Rewards start from $20 a month. Members have access to an online discount portal and gain automatic entry into the draw on March 6.

He said subscriber numbers were also “confidential”, but added the draw would take place regardless of how many were entered.

Features of the mansion include wide water views and open-plan interiors with high ceilings and multiple indoor-outdoor zones flowing to a large pool surrounded by decking and gardens.

The master suite opens directly to outdoors and has bay windows framing the water, along with a walk-in robe and ensuite. A fifth bedroom or home office has its own entrance, while there’s also a double garage with workshop space.

Residents of the Seaquester Quays estate have access to shared facilities including tennis courts, botanical gardens, a BBQ pavilion and a private boat ramp, plus easy access to nearby shopping, schools and Paradise Point’s waterfront precinct.

Property records show other luxury homes within estate changed hands for between $2.45m and $4.05m in 2025.
