Former Neighbours star Holly Valance and UK billionaire Nick Candy were reportedly living apart for years before they announced their official split.
The Aussie actress and her property tycoon husband are divorcing after 13 years of marriage, The Sun reports.
The couple share two daughters, Luka, 13, and seven-year-old Nova.
According to the Daily Mail, the pair haven’t been together for a”’long time”.
“They have been living separate lives for a long time, he’s travelling a lot and it’s been a lonely life for Holly,” a source told the outlet.
“Nick has businesses in Dubai and London, and is a member of the Reform Party.”

A family friend added to The Sun: “The joint parenting of their two amazing daughters remains their top priority.
“They’ve had to juggle a demanding lifestyle. Between family, public life, and Nick’s intense work commitments, it’s been a tough balance.
“This is a family matter and they’re doing their best to handle things thoughtfully.
Privacy is obviously very important to them both, so they can focus on what’s best for the family.”
Nick, who is the treasurer of Nigel Farage’s Reform, met Holly in 2009 and proposed two years later.
They married in 2012 in a £3 million ($A6.2 million) California ceremony in front of 300 guests, including Simon Cowell.

The pair now have a vast portfolio, including One Hyde Park — made up of 86 luxury apartments in central London — worth just over £1 billion ($A2.09 billion).
Here’s a look at the couple’s property portfolio.
One Hyde Park
Candy owns a duplex penthouse in the luxe complex. The five-bedroom apartment covers the building’s 10th and 11th floors.
The lavish pad boasts a glass fireplace, a Japanese-themed kitchen and breakfast room, private spa, gym, cocktail bar, home cinema and terrace.
The main bedroom has dressing rooms and twin bathrooms with jacuzzi-style pools.

Candy reportedly spends around 20 days a year at the apartment.
According to The Guardian, the property mogul complained about his £161,000 ($A338,000) a year service charge.
“I’ve got a penthouse … and I’m there like 20 days a year, and I pay the service charge [like] the guy who uses the pool everyday.”
In 2021, Candy listed the unit for £175 million ($A340 million), making it the most expensive apartment in London. Four years later, it remains on the market.

Gordon House
In 2012, Candy’s brother, Christian, bought Gordon House, which stands next to the Royal London hospital in Chelsea, in 2014, in a deal worth £68 million ($A142 million).
He began extensive renovations with a 14,000 sq ft basement, adding a swimming pool and private Imax cinema.
Two years later, Christian gifted the property to Candy, stating he was honouring his late father’s wishes to share his wealth with his brother.
Nick went on to complete the renovations and pay the remaining £48 million ($A100 million) price of the leases.
Both brothers ended up paying £1.92 million in stamp duty on the mansion to HMRC, UK’s tax, payments and customs authority.
He also paid £1.92 million ($A4.02 million) in stamp duty on the gift, which prompted Christian to apply for repayment of the £1.92 million ($A4.02 million) that he had already paid. The appeal was not successful.

Cotswolds estate
In 2021, Nick Candy and Holly Valance reportedly forked out £8.5 million ($A18 million) on an Oxfordshire estate.
The sprawling seven-bedroom property has its own chapel, as well as a swimming pool, stables, tennis and squash courts.
“We have been looking for years to get something in the Cotswolds for the family, and finally, a year ago, we found a gorgeous family home in a wonderful village,” Candy told the Daily Mail at the time.

Los Angeles mansion
Known as ‘The Reserve’, the LA mansion came to be owned by the Candy’s when Nick’s brother Christian bought it for $US24 million ($A35.3 million) in 2013 from Avengers star Jeremy Renner, who restored it to its roaring 1920s Art Deco grandeur.
Christian sold the house to brother Nick in 2018.

Located in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighbourhood, the 10-bedroom estate features 18-bathrooms, a guesthouse, a bar, gym, spa, and a huge playroom with a children’s slide and ball pit.
Outdoors, there is a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, grand pavilion and seven water features and fountains.
Candy listed the property for an eye-popping $US85 million ($A126 million) in 2022. It is still on the market, now with a $US10 million ($A15 million) price cut.
