In 2023, the singer picked up a sprawling $US8.8 million ($A12.4 million) mansion above the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California, Realtor reports.
The property is situated on over a half-acre and comes complete with a five-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guesthouse.
Built in 2005, the home features a modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a sunken living room, and a wet bar — making it the perfect entertaining retreat.
The primary suite boasts a private balcony, a huge walk-in closet, and an elegant bathroom with a soaking tub and large shower.
The home is surrounded in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood in.
On the property’s exterior, there is an outdoor kitchen, multiple patios, and a resort-style pool that offers panoramic views of the city.

Hollywood Hills pad
Near the end of 2023, the pop star picked up another California dwelling, this time in the Hollywood Hills.
He snapped up the Bird Streets retreat from Ariana Grande for $US8.3 million ($A11.7 million).
The home boasts an adorable rustic charm with modern finishes.
Although the home was built in 1946, it was renovated in 2020 and comes complete with a large outdoor patio, a lavish swimming pool, and a two-car garage.

West Chelsea luxury rental
Bad Bunny continued building his real estate empire in 2023 by renting out a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom penthouse in Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighbourhood for $US150,000 ($A211,000) a month — making history as the most expensive apartment in the city.
The dwelling was on the market for $US18.5 million ($A26 million) until the hit maker snapped it up as a rental.
The home comes complete with an elegant library, a lap pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a large rooftop.
The property was even featured on the Netflix series Owning Manhattan and was snapped up by a buyer in 2024 for $US15 million ($A21 million).

During the pandemic, the Latin star resided in a million-dollar rental in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
He kept tight-lipped about his international dwelling; however, he did share a few of his favourite spots around the area, while speaking to Condé Nast Traveler.
He told the outlet that his first meal when he is back to Puerto Rico is “a beer and some fish, usually mofongo or octopus ceviche. I love the coastal restaurants.”
“I have travelled around the world, and Puerto Rico is still my favourite place,” he added.
