An OnlyFans star-turned-property investor has revealed she splurged on a coastal acreage parcel after missing out on a luxury eco dream home which sold under the hammer for $5.6m.

X-rated model Annie Knight, 27, said her recent $1.4m property purchase was, “the best impulse buy ever”.

Ms Knight — dubbed Australia’s most sexually active woman after confessing to a body count of 300 people in one year — made an offer on the Queensland home after missing out on another property named Kingfisher House.

“I wanted the house so badly – it was a little out of my price range though,” she said of the 2022-built architecturally designed Kingfisher House, which sold at auction contested by three bidders.

Ms Knight continued her search for her third property and found another house she loved, but was again left empty-handed when due diligence didn’t check out.

“I requested the building and pest report and realised the house had termites and the drainage was bad, so the house was at risk of flooding if there was a downpour.”

She struck that house off, moving onto the next property on her wishlist – a charming acreage home surrounded by bushland.

“I was boarding a flight to Sydney and I quickly called mum to send her to an open house inspection that was starting in 10 minutes.

“By the time I landed, mum said the property was fantastic and was on an acre and had so much potential.

“So I called the real estate agent and put in an offer, and the next thing I knew I had bought my third property,” she said.

The marketing agent declined to disclose details of the sale prior to settlement, but confirmed the offer was “very close” to the $1.4m asking price.

Ms Knight said she planned on renting out the three-bedroom house before knocking it down to build her dream home.

“I knew I wanted a huge block of land so I could build my dream home without any restrictions or limitations.

“I plan to build a luxury three-storey home with a modern farmhouse vibe, with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, a big, green garden, a gym, and lots of light,” she said.

Ms Knight was formerly employed as a marketing manager when she started creating adult content in 2020, building her earnings to online subscription platforms from an initial $10,000 to between $170,000 and $200,000 a month.

She bought her first home for $750,000 in October 2023 and four months later purchased an investment property, a three-bedroom house priced at $695,000 which was rented at $695 a week.

PropTrack data shows home prices in the suburb where her newest purchase is located were up 15 per cent over the past year, to a median of $1.35m.
