They are 24 years of age, rake in $500,000 a month, have 30 million YouTube subscribers, and just bought their third house for a cool $6.4 million.
But unless you’ve been lucky enough to stumble into the young Aussie couple on social media, you’ve probably never heard of them.

Queensland-based content creators Jasmin Arndtt and James Ewens’ feel-good YouTube channel, JasminandJames, was the second most-watched on the planet this week with a staggering 903 million views, according to a ranking released by creator industry news site TubeFilter.

That’s after rocketing to pole position late last year with their wholesome online dance and comedy clips, which attracted more than 1.63 billion views in the first week of December alone.
Records show a hilltop mansion in the Sunshine Coast hinterland recently changed hands for $6.4 million, with the buyer revealed as James Ewens.
The three-bedroom, four-bathroom property in Cooroy Mountain was architecturally designed by Tim Ditchfield and sits on 12 rolling acres, with sweeping mountain views.

The couple recently took to Instagram to share the news of the purchase and teased an upcoming tour of the property to their 3 million followers.

The couple has been quietly building up quite the property portfolio in recent years as their success grew.
In June last year, they paid $2.5 million for a four-bedroom house on a double block in Noosaville, and in 2024, they spent just over $2 million for another four-bedder in the same suburb.
