Sales agent Zac Rabin of TRG said it was the perfect home for young families wanting to purchase a residence with a convenient lifestyle.

“The fact that it is turnkey and they’ve used high end finishes throughout makes it a perfect opportunity for an upsizer or downsizer to purchase the property and move straight in,” Mr Rabin said.

“It’s within a five-minute walk from the beach and two minutes from some of the local cafes.”

The entertainment unit and cabnitry has been custom made for the space.
