Century Communities Inc. — one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S. — will expand into Nevada for the first time through its Century Complete brand.
New homes are planned at Ishani Ridge in Pahrump, Nevada, with sales expected to begin in August and prices starting in the range of $260,000.
The new development will include more than 170 single-family home sites, with floor plans ranging from 1,290 to 1,815 square feet.
“Pahrump is the perfect location for us to make our Nevada entrance, allowing us to deliver on our model of quality and affordable new homes while still putting outdoor recreation destinations and big-city amenities within easy reach,” said Dave Hodgman, executive vice president of field operations at Century Communities.
The Ishani Ridge community is located within commuting distance of Las Vegas and offers access to nearby attractions such as Death Valley National Park, the Spring Mountains and local wineries.
Century Complete will also introduce its online homebuying platform to Nevada through this project, allowing buyers to purchase homes directly through the company’s website.
The process includes selecting a home, submitting an earnest money deposit and e-signing of a purchase contract.
The company said homebuyers can also use Century’s affiliate lender, Inspire Home Loans, to finance their purchase online. The online buyer model is available for all Century Complete homes in Nevada.
