6 Vernon St, Hunters Hill has sold for well north of $15m.
Squadron Energy’s David Sidoti, and his wife Elizabeth have sold their Hunters Hill mansion, and it is the highest sale this year to date in the suburb.
The couple came to market in October of last year with an $18m guide for their waterfront estate at 6 Vernon St and that guide was later revised to $16m.
Tracey Dixon, of McGrath Hunters Hill, confirmed the sale but couldn’t comment on the price.
