It is the highest price paid for a property on the exclusive island enclave this year.
“It is an exceptional sale for the area,” Mr Kim said.

“The property is owned by an overseas-based Chinese family,” Mr Kim said.
“We ended up selling it to a local buyer — a husband and wife.
“They walked in and said it’s perfect and it ticked every single box for them.
“They made an offer straight away and we closed the deal within the next 24 hours.
