137 Hudson Pde, Clareville has a guide of $4.65m.
A family friend of King Charles and former equerry to the late Queen Mother, blue blood Edward Dawson-Damer is selling his longheld Clareville hideaway.
The ex-Irish Guards officer and son of the seventh Earl of Portalington, Dawson-Damer hosted Prince William in 2010 when he visited Australia – including taking him on a boat trip on Sydney Harbour.
He was also invited to Prince William and Kate’s wedding in 2011.
Dawson-Damer and his wife Joanne Grant bought their northern beaches weekender in 2006 for $1.6m and are now selling to upsize in the area.

The home goes to auction on June 23.
The property goes to auction on Tuesday June 23 with a guide of $4.65m.
The holiday home at 137 Hudson Pde, is a six-bedroom, three-bathroom property on 1733sqm of land with north-facing views to Lion Island.
Tom Mackay, of LJ Hooker Avalon, said the two-level is in immaculate condition just 200m from Clareville beach and would suit a boat lover with its good access to Pittwater.
“Properties in that strip rarely come to market because they face north over Pittwater and people hang onto them,” he said.

… with this incredible view.
There are living areas on each level with bifolds opening to a wraparound deck and the water view.
“The layout is ideal for families and guests with bedrooms on both levels and a lavish parent’s retreat set to capture the iconic Pittwater views” Tom said.
Dawson-Damer and Grant hit the headlines in 2022 when it was revealed they were the new owners of the historic Dalkeith mansion in Cremorne which they bought for $9.325m.
