The number of Madison area homes listed for sale was up noticeably in October, which is great news for buyers who have been patiently waiting for more supply. October single family home listings were up 21% year-over-year, and up 7% year-to-date.
Dane County condo listings were up big-time in October, too. We'll have much more to share about the condo market and many other Dane County market trends in the next few days. Stay tuned.
