Rising from the signature ridge line of The Quarry at Keperra, a collection of home sites offers panoramic outlooks across the D’Aguilar Range to the Glass House Mountains and Moreton Island, forming the most elevated land release since the community’s launch.
Within Frasers Property Australia’s $500m masterplanned community, The Summit collection comprises 13 north west-facing lots designed to capture stunning vistas from a prime position.
Frasers Property general manager development Queensland, Scott Ullman, said The Summit was among The Quarry’s most exclusive land release so far, within a private cul-de-sac setting.
“As we worked our way up the iconic Quarry hillside, we unveiled some incredible views west towards the D’Aguilar Range, north to the Glass House Mountains and east to Moreton Island and set aside this part of the site for premium living,” he said.

“Located approximately 9.5km from the Brisbane CBD and rising 135m above sea level, such home sites are rarely available so close to city convenience and tranquil mountain views.
“Positioned within Brisbane’s most elevated masterplanned community, The Summit is a truly unique offering for the Brisbane property market and we’re excited for the prospect of some stunning homes in this collection.
“Best of all, every home site at The Summit has been thoughtfully designed to help purchasers build with ease and save on time and costs by offering the beauty of elevation without the slope.”
Lots range up to 578sq m, with some frontages spanning more than 20m, with the collection located adjacent to the proposed Hillside Amphitheatre.
The Quarry’s well-known cliffside stairs are nearby delivering panoramic views of the D’Aguilar Range.
Carlye Ghidella and her husband Trevor purchased one of the first lots at The Summit.
Mrs Ghidella said The Quarry’s breathtaking views and sense of community made it an ideal setting to raise their four children and two schnauzers.
“We instantly fell in love with the mountain views which evoke this feeling of being up in the clouds,” she said.
“We’ve always liked a modern style house, so we’re looking forward to building our new family home with a unique vibe that captures that stunning outlook from a higher position.

“Initially, we were looking at more established homes, but The Quarry was a little bit different in a good way, and the more we learned about the atmosphere that’s being created there, the more we knew it was meant to be.”
Currently living in a traditional Queenslander house in Brisbane’s inner-city, Mrs Ghidella said the family’s new build was a contemporary three-storey, six-bedroom home with a mountain outlook and natural elements featured throughout.
“We’ve selected more natural elements like wood and stone mined at the Keperra Quarry and concrete to feature inside to create a funky and cool feel,” she said.
“Our overall plans include an open planned living and entertaining area on the ground floor, which flows to an outdoor space with a small pool, with the middle level for the kids and guests to include bedrooms, a home theatre and a rumpus room, and our master retreat on the top floor.”
Resort-style amenities feature in the $8m ClubQ precinct at The Quarry’s masterplanned community at Keperra.
The Quarry’s resident architect, Marco Calvino, worked with the family on the initial design of their home as part of a bespoke service for The Summit purchasers.
“Beginning the design process with Marco was an amazing experience because he really understood what we needed and what would work, and our builders have been tweaking that through the planning stage,” Mrs Ghidella said.
Mr Calvino said he had worked with more than 100 families to design their dream homes within the community, and was offering a bespoke design experience for The Summit purchasers.
“We work alongside each buyer’s preferred designer and builder team to bring their vision to life, aligned with our design guidelines to meet the unique character of this community,” he said.
The Summit lots are priced from $1.5m.
“The Summit collection offers natural cues to inform design, and by embracing high ceilings and expansive glazing, they will be in a class of their own.”
Prices for lots at The Summit start from $1.5m. Spanning around 48.7ha, the transformation of The Quarry at Keperra features about 400 elevated home sites and an $8m ClubQ precinct with resort-style facilities for residents.
