An awardwinning designer’s own triple storey dream home hit the market for $23.5m on Friday and it’s floored buyers lucky enough to already go through it.
Designer Paul Clout, who’s had a hand in some of the most groundbreaking designs across Queensland luxury markets from the New South Wales border to Noosa, is putting his much indulged One W up for sale.
Tom Offermann real estate agent Cameron Urquhart has the stunning Noosa home going live today and said it was simply “irreplaceable”.

“This is a three level, 12-metre frontage, freestanding home with a rooftop pool, gym and bar, with views up and down Noosa River. The view actually goes over Noosa River, out through Noosa Bar, out to the ocean. You couldn’t replace this property.”
“You couldn’t find another location as good as this to build what Paul’s built, the level of finishing and the detail is incredible. I’ve never seen a home built as nice as this one. And I do see a lot of them.”
“It is their family home,” Mr Urquhart said. Things are always changing in life and they’ve chosen this time to sell it. We’ve already had a few top end buyers through it and once it goes live I’m sure we’ll be overwhelmed with interest.”
Clout’s design have come to personify tropical dream homes of the future for Queenslanders, with multiple living spaces, open plans, loaded with amenities and luscious finishes.
“This will attract a lot of attention, particularly in Noosa, but statewide and Australia wide. There are not a lot like it. This is probably one of the best I’ve had the opportunity to sell.”
He said “I wouldn’t be surprised if some expats all around the world pick up on this one or if a local that already owns property in Noosa bought. The people that we’ve already shown through already own very blue chip real estate in Noosa, but they are quite interested in this one as well.”
