Former Elle magazine editor, interior designer and serial home renovator Deb Coffey and her photographer husband Ross have sold their Cremorne Point waterfront home for between $11.5m and $12m
The couple bought the five-bedroom house in Kareela Rd in 2022 for $7.15m and set about transforming it.
They retained the grandeur of its 1909 origins and called in architects Villa + Villa to make the most of the space and give it a total makeover.

The couple’s spacious home came to market last year but didn’t sell; however this year there were three or four parties fighting for it, according to agent Michael Coombs, of Atlas.
“There are more buyers around this year but they are not in a hurry, they’re happy to pay for the right property though,” Coombs said.
“We are seeing expats and buyers moving areas …I expect to see some good sales go through before April.”
