Brisbane-based developer Packhill is set to complete the build of their luxury $18m boutique apartment development in Highgate Hill this June.
Noura is Packhill’s latest inner-city development framing views of mountain ranges and river glimpses, nestled on a hilltop position at 27 Beaconsfield St, Highgate Hill.
Packhill director John Taouk said the company was honoured to develop and build Noura to add to the stunning skyline in a highly sought after Brisbane suburb.
“With over 20 years of experience developing and building in Brisbane, we cannot hide our excitement in delivering this absolute gem,” he said.
The $18m Noura development is Packhill’s latest inner-city development set to deliver six bespoke residences ranging from three- to four-bedroom options, and a full floor penthouse.
“This project reflects our vision to deliver well-designed, well-crafted apartments that appeal to the finer tastes of the community.”
Noura, meaning light or enlightened in Aramaic, draws inspiration for its design from Highgate Hill’s mix of buildings, with Mediterranean tones expressed throughout.
Mr Taouk said Packhill designed Noura with the latest in market trends and styles in mind, while also looking at their “legacy-setting taste” which had been a dominant theme throughout their history in design, material selections and liveability.
Premium materials such as red bricks, travertine, natural stones and curved walls seamlessly blend with Mediterranean tones including a full-size olive tree positioned on the rooftop, with an edgeless pool providing uninterrupted 360-degree views.
Residents will have access to a range of resort-style amenities including a rooftop pool, barbecue facilities and lush gardens, including a full-size olive tree positioned on the rooftop.
“The premier apartment development is set to set a new benchmark for luxurious living with its timeless design and classy sophistication,” Mr Taouk said.
Construction of Noura is currently underway to deliver six luxury apartments and a penthouse across a four-storey building with generous parking and storage facilities housed in the basement.
It will feature a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom options, designed with open-plan layouts, premium finishes and fixtures, designer kitchens equipped with state-of-the art appliances and custom cabinetry, luxury bathrooms, and wide balconies offering panoramic city and Brisbane River views.
The penthouse will offer expansive floorplans with luxury finishes, a pool with a deck and mountain vistas with city and river glimpses.
It’s located five minutes from the CBD, 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport and entertainment hubs including South Bank, West End, and South Brisbane.
Residents of Noura will have access to a range of resort-style amenities including a rooftop pool, barbecue facilities with a communal dining area, and lush gardens.
Mr Taouk said the building was creatively landscaped at street level, with hanging gardens placed across the building for all to appreciate.
“This carefully designed development will bring a new addition into its cul-de-sac street, delivering an iconic building to add to the beautiful suburb of Highgate Hill,” he said.
Its location offers residents easy connection to networks located five minutes from the CBD, 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport and entertainment hubs including South Bank, West End and South Brisbane.
Construction is underway and is set to be completed this June.
Other nearby amenities include museums, theatres and galleries, as well as easy access to Orleigh Park and the South Bank Parklands.
It is also in proximity to Brisbane State High School, Somerville House, St Laurence’s College, UQ and QUT.
“Whether strolling the bustling surrounding suburbs, exploring the local scene and markets, or unwinding in the comfort of their apartment, residents of Noura can live, work and play in this new and exciting Brisbane landscape that is surely becoming world class,” Mr Taouk said.
