Brisbane-based developer Packhill is set to complete the build of their luxury $18m boutique apartment development in Highgate Hill this June.
Noura is Packhill’s latest inner-city development framing views of mountain ranges and river glimpses, nestled on a hilltop position at 27 Beaconsfield St, Highgate Hill.

Noura, meaning light or enlightened in Aramaic, draws inspiration for its design from Highgate Hill’s mix of buildings, with Mediterranean tones expressed throughout.
Mr Taouk said Packhill designed Noura with the latest in market trends and styles in mind, while also looking at their “legacy-setting taste” which had been a dominant theme throughout their history in design, material selections and liveability.
Premium materials such as red bricks, travertine, natural stones and curved walls seamlessly blend with Mediterranean tones including a full-size olive tree positioned on the rooftop, with an edgeless pool providing uninterrupted 360-degree views.

Construction of Noura is currently underway to deliver six luxury apartments and a penthouse across a four-storey building with generous parking and storage facilities housed in the basement.
