The founder of the popular fashion boutique Coco & Lola has listed her stunning Dover Heights home for auction.

The five-bedroom residence at 63 Oceanview Ave is owned by Jessica Dunlop, who founded the brand with shops in Double Bay, Manly, Toorak and Perth 15 years ago, and her husband, Travis, records show.

It’s now scheduled for a September 4 auction with a $7.8m-$8.25m price guide via TRG associate director Cae Thomas.

It was Thomas, who has sold the most homes in Dover Heights over the past year according to realestate.com.au, that offloaded the last freestanding house in the street for $7.26m in March at No. 35 Oceanview Ave for the Foyer family.

Obviously the market’s moved considerably since the Dunlops bought their home for $6.5m in February 2022 and they’ve have done a range of upgrades, including new timber floors, new window tapestry, a security system, new carpet and painting inside and out.

Set on a 531 sqm north-facing block, there’s 300 sqm of internal space over three levels.

“It’s huge,” says Thomas, who’s expecting it to be popular with families.

The home is full of natural light, with the top level dedicated to family accommodation with the master suite, including a spa bath, looking out to sea.

The spacious kitchen is perfect for catering for family celebrations, with stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas stove.

The ocean is one end of the street with Rose Bay village shops at the other.
