Married couple Courtney and Grant are ready to take on House 2 on The Block 2024. The pair from western Sydney met nine years ago before they parted ways as Grant headed to London and Courtney moved to Brisbane but despite the distance, the pair stayed in touch, finally getting married three years ago.
Courtney, 32, Furniture designer and event account manager
Courtney’s multi-tasking lifestyle has hopefully trained her well for a busy schedule on The Block.
As well as working for an events hire company, she juggles that with running her own furniture design business, The Lazy Stylist.

Grant, 30, Landscape business development manager
With his work in landscaping, we’re excited to see what Grant brings to the competition in the final weeks. While some teams run out of money by then, we’re sure Grant will have a plan in place from day one to ensure he can create a garden that will sell.
Style and experience
Courtney and Grant have promised to bring a modern Mediterranean – or “Moditerranean” as they call it – to Block Island. Not only does this reference Grant’s Maltese heritage but is also a great match for this year’s island location.
On her website, Courtney defines her style as a “perfect blend of sophistication and fun”. Hopefully we’ll get to see a few of her creations feature on The Block.
