A multimillion dollar resort home boasting the biggest pool and spa combination Torquay Pools has reputedly installed has been snapped up after a brisk campaign.
The spa itself comfortably holds 20 people, Torquay Links Property agent Lynne Hayden said, after finding a Melbourne-based buyer for the five-bedroom residence at 13 Leicester St after four weeks on the market.
The property sold for $4.1m.

It’s the home of interior designer Tara Kennedy and builder husband Mick.
Ms Kennedy told The Design Files they had a bit of luck securing the 3128sq m block near Anglesea Rd amid Victoria’s stage four Covid lockdowns when a buyer pulled out of a deal.
Ms Hayden said the couple delivered a home that stands outside the box.
“It’s unlike anything else out there,” Ms Hayden said.
“We had three inspections and we had three offers.

“It was a busy campaign and what was probably driving it is the pool and also the accommodation in the second shed that was sort of like a home office, a second dwelling shed that had full clearance for boats, caravans.”
Ms Hayden said the combination of builder and interior designer delivered an excellent home that the market responded to.
The hub of the home is the main living area with 6m pitched ceilings, oak herringbone floors and flooded with natural light opening onto an epic outdoor area with skylights, a built-in kitchen and fireplace, all overlooking the pool and spa.
