A leading Victorian home builder has completed a $1m-plus charity house in Geelong which will direct 100 per cent of proceeds to Queenscliff-based children’s charity Cottage by the Sea.
Boutique Homes’ bespoke residence in Armstrong Creek’s Warralily estate offers buyers the chance to secure premium coastal living in a home that centres around a private courtyard, delivering indoor-outdoor integration suited to year-round entertaining.
Surf Coast–based interior designer Prudence Oliveri helped bring this home to life.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 2 Guest St features multiple living zones, including a sunken lounge that adds character to the main living area.

Boutique Homes is selling a charity home at Armstrong Creek, Geelong. All proceeds will support Bellarine children’s charity Cottage by the Sea.
It’s previous project in Point Lonsdale raised $1.68m in 2022.
The successful sale of the latest home is anticipated to bring the total funds donated to Cottage by the Sea to well over $2.5m.
The fundraising is supporting the Riptide facility, which builds on programs that support more than 1800 children a year, and create opportunities for an additional 700 children to experience its life-changing programs.
Cottage By The Sea chief executive Adam Wake said the partnership makes a profound difference for the children the organisation supports.

“This initiative is about so much more than building and selling a home, it’s about creating opportunities and brighter futures for the children in our care,” Mr Wake said.
“The funds raised through this partnership directly support programs that give young people the chance to feel safe, supported, and inspired.”

The rear courtyard includes an outdoor kitchen complete with built-in barbecue.
Boutique Homes will host a Community Day on May 23 at the home at 2 Guest St, Armstrong Creek, which is listed for sale by set date, ending at 6pm on May 11.
Core Projects has listed the home with a price guide of $1.05m to $1.155m.
The event will bring together local families, supporters and community members to celebrate the impact of the initiative.
It will feature food, refreshments and family-friendly activities, along with the opportunity to hear directly from the Cottage By The Sea team and experience first-hand the impact of its programs.
