BOUNCE boss Simon McNamara has landed a big price jump with the sale of his Gold Coast crash pad.
The Melbourne-based entrepreneur behind the global group of family-favourite trampoline parks flipped his luxury Palm Beach holiday apartment for $2.35m.
The sixth-floor unit was purchased off the plan for $1,441,859 in 2021, with the deal settled following completion of the Monroe building late last year.
It was marketed by Coastal agents, Ed Cherry and Lochie Torpy.

Until recently, Mr McNamara was global CEO of BOUNCE, a company he founded in 2012 with Ant Morrell.
The group has 24 venues across Australia and New Zealand, and 20 internationally spanning the Middle East, India, South Africa, Singapore and Thailand.
Mr McNamara also co-founded popular burger franchise, Grill’d, in 2003, and served as CEO of Boost Juice International, a role he took after the market leader acquired his company, Viva Juice, in 2004.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on Jefferson Lane captures sweeping beach views, with full-height windows around the open-plan kitchen, living and dining zone.
Features include European Oak floors and a modern kitchen with stone benchtops and state-of-the-art appliances, along with a spacious balcony plus rooftop pool and entertaining terrace.
Mr Cherry said the listing offered buyers a chance to secure an “as-new” holiday home or low-maintenance residence to enjoy “refined coastal living”, with a wide choice of shops and recreational facilities closeby.
PropTrack data shows unit prices in Palm Beach were up 13.7 per cent over the past year to a median of $995,000.
