1&2 28a Addison Rd, Manly is up for sale via TRG founder Gavin Rubinstein.
Billionaire Sam Arnaout, who bought a shopping centre for $450m last May and owns a string of pubs, has listed his Manly harbourfront for sale.
The CEO of Iris Capital who is worth about $2.5bn had bought 1&2 28a Addison Rd, Manly as two separate purchases for $7.5m and $5.25m in 2021, records show.
But now the five-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments have appeared on realestate.com.au, being offered in one line via TRG founder Gavin Rubinstein.
Rubinstein couldn’t be contacted for comment, though the place next door at 30A Addison Rd that sold in December for $17.5m is a vague price indication.

Arnaout’s $450m deal to purchase St Ives Shopping Centre — the largest super neighbourhood shopping centre sale in Australian history— was finalised last week.
And Arnaout, a former panel beater from Greenacre in Sydney’s west, owns 35 pubs and accommodation hotels, including the Steyne Hotel in Manly which was bought for $60m in 2019.
The Addison Rd dual residence is described as capturing uninterrupted harbour panoramas from Little Manly Beach across to Watsons Bay and beyond.
It apparently has a “remarkable sense of privacy, where the gentle sound of water lapping the shoreline forms a constant backdrop to daily life”.

The apartments remain on separate titles.
The two self-contained residences spill to a sun-drenched entertainer’s deck and a pool at the water’s edge.
They remain on separate titles, and offered together provide a combined total of up to eight bedrooms.
Each offers generous living zones and private accommodation, presenting an ideal opportunity for multi-generational living, dual income, or a premium live-in/lease-out strategy.
Or alternatively, there’s scope to convert it into one grand waterfront estate, subject to council approval.
You’re just footsteps from Little Manly Beach and an easy walk to Manly Beach.
