A 19th-century Greenwich Village townhouse, once owned by the composer John Philip Sousa and rented by the rapper Travis Scott, has sold.

Anonymous Buyer for a Sousa Home
The closing price for the brick Georgian house, built in 1839 at 80 Washington Place, was $17 million. The new owner was anonymous.

space as well, including a rear garden and a roof terrace. The fully renovated home had been on and off the market since 2012, and over the years rented out as a residence and an event space.
Mr. Scott reportedly was one of the renters three summers ago, and his then-girlfriend Kylie Jenner would stay there as well.
Sousa had purchased the house around 1919.

A West Village Townhouse Sells
A West Village townhouse that appeared in the film “Working Girl,” sold in a private deal. The closing price for the home, at 66 Morton Street, was $35.5 million. The sellers were John Foley, a founder of Peloton, the exercise equipment company, and his wife, Jill; the buyer was anonymous. The bow-fronted building, at four stories tall and 25 feet wide, was built in 1852.

A ‘Shark’ Star Sells a Penthouse
The “Shark Tank” investor Robert Herjavec and his wife, Kym Johnson, who has appeared on “Dancing With the Stars,” sold their penthouse on Midtown’s Billionaires’ Row to an anonymous buyer for $38.5 million. They bought it three years ago for $31.9 million.

encompassing around 6,250 square feet. It has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a home office, and panoramic views of Central Park and the Hudson River
The primary bedroom, at 1,350 square feet, with two baths and a dressing room, is bigger than many city apartments.
Mr. Herjavec, a cyber security expert, has been part of the cast of the show on ABC since 2009.

A ‘Girls’ Star Lists in Brooklyn
The actor Jemima Kirke is listing her colorful townhouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn, for $2.675 million.
The 25-foot-wide, three-story home on King Street was built in the early 1900s. It has five bedrooms and three and a half baths, along with a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

There are oversize windows throughout the house, which extends nearly 2,400 square feet.
And there’s plenty of outdoor space. A covered patio is just off the kitchen and there’s a spacious backyard.

Megadeal in Midtown
The city’s most expensive closed sale (so far) this year was at Aman New York Residences, atop the Crown Building, at 730 Fifth Avenue.
A penthouse on the top five floors sold for $135 million. The buyer was the condo’s developer: Vladislav Doronin, the C.E.O. of the OKO Group. The seven-bedroom unit has 13,262 square feet of space, plus 4,462 square feet outdoors.
