Big Sky Sotheby’s International Realty has added two Montana real estate professionals.

Agents Ania Bulis and Ashley Quande bring with them a combined career sales volume exceeding $3.5 billion.

According to year-to-date figures, the team ranks No. 1 in both units and volume across the Big Sky MLS and Big Sky Country MLS — as well as the entire state of Montana.

Bulis reported just under $308 million in annual volume last year, according to RealTrends Verified.

Their average sale price in 2025 is $8.2 million — with a highest recorded sale this year of $17 million.

Shelley Johnson, CEO of Big Sky Sotheby’s International Realty, said the addition of Bulis and Quande marks a significant step for the brokerage.

“Ania is a force in luxury real estate,” Johnson said. “She’s been an integral part of the most prestigious communities in Big Sky for decades. We’re honored that she and Ashley chose to partner with Big Sky Sotheby’s International Realty to elevate the representation of this exceptional market and deliver unparalleled service to our clients.”

In a joint statement, Bulis and Quande said the decision to join the Sotheby’s network reflected their shared values and approach to luxury real estate.

“Sotheby’s International Realty embodies the strength of a storied history and the confidence to be bold with what’s next — a rare balance of timeless sophistication and forward-thinking innovation,” they said. “Its global reputation for quiet luxury, elevated expectations, and trusted representation mirrors the standards we hold for our work and the values that define our team.

“Together, we’re not just selling homes — we’re curating extraordinary ways of living.”
