The Bachelor house at 87-89 Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters sold in a $16.5m deal.
A luxurious Gold Coast estate known as The Bachelor mansion has sold in a record $16.5m mega deal.
It comes six months after the sensational collapse of an $18m contract on the riverfront trophy mansion.
The Broadbeach Waters property that was used as the backdrop of The Bachelors, which aired on Channel 10 in January, 2023, first hit the market in 2023.

The residence sits on a 2,400sq m block.
The property went under contract in March, 2024 but failed to settle six months later.
A fresh new marketing push had 87-89 Monaco St listed with Kollosche agents Michael Kollosche and Paul Harrison, who managed to find another local buyer.
“It went to auction and it has since been sold to a Gold Coast buyer,” Mr Kollosche said.
“I think most people are realising there are very few homes available on the river at the moment in that $12 to $30m price point.
“If you look at the central Gold Coast right now there are four to five available on the riverfront in that price point.”

The double-storey home of suspended concrete slab construction pushes architectural boundaries and was designed around the city skyline views, while maximising privacy for residents.
Covering more than 1,200sq m of internal floor space, its luxury amenities include five bedrooms, multiple living and entertaining zones, a basketball half court, media room, gym, riverside pool, jetty and pontoon.
