The Heathfield property at 14 Williams Rd has hit the market.

A breathtaking design offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of working life.

That’s the lifestyle Duncan, who has shared the home with his wife and three dogs, says is on offer in his Heathfield property – and it’s one a lucky buyer now has the opportunity to enjoy for themself.

“I bought it in 2021 and I was looking for a change of pace and a bit of scenery and space,” he says of the property at 14 Williams Rd.

Its modern and sleek interiors are eye-catching.

Dark hues paired with natural light are a perfect contrast.

It takes luxury to another level.

It also has some glorious views of its surrounding environment.

“I really like the modern architecture – it’s a very unique, moody kind of property but it’s very warm at the same time, which is interesting because you’d think with all the dark slate inside sometimes these places can be cold.

“But because there are big windows you get a lot of the natural aspect in and it feels almost like a wellness retreat.

“I have a busy job so it’s nice to go home and just be invaded by koalas and not actually see or hear people because it feels you’re a hundred miles away, which is lovely.

“A lot of these properties are perched on top of hills and you still see a lot of other people whereas this one is nestled just within the rolling hills, so it’s private.”

Splashes of colour are featured throughout the home.

This feature wall is a perfect example of bold colours throughout the home.

The feature walls fit with the home’s surrounding environment.

The home also has a pool and a tennis court.

The award-winning home, which was featured in South Australia’s Top 50 Homes, is renowned for its contemporary curved design.

It has five bedrooms, offers 726sqm of indoor and outdoor entertainments space and has, among the features too numerous to include here, a pool, a pool house, and a tennis court.

“I’ve hosted events here and it’s been used by car and fashion companies for advertising shoots because it’s so eye-catching,” Duncan says.

“We’ll really miss it but we’re looking to wind down and travel more.”

It’s a modern marvel.
