87 Victoria Rd, Bellevue Hill is set to go under the hammer on September 18.

The longtime Bellevue home of solicitor Judy Swan, who once represented notorious Sydney businesswoman Melissa Caddick’s husband Anthony Koletti, has come to market through Gavin Rubinstein of TRG.

Last changing hands in 2001, the Victoria Rd property was purchased for $4.45m from James Packer’s one-time right-hand-man Ben Tilley and his ex-wife Tiffany, records show.

Reluctant to market a price guide, Rubinstein quoted several comparable priorities in the suburb which have fetched between $21m and $25m over the past 12 months.

It’s set to go under the hammer on September 18.

Home to a long list of VIP residents, the coveted street is known for its glamorous mansions, proximity to prestigious schools and harbour beaches.

“On almost 800sq m of land, this home is a quintessential box ticker. It’s not often you get north-facing gardens and a really great layout in arguably the best street in Bellevue Hill,” said Rubinstein.

Beyond the impressive marble foyer, the ground floor opens up to a statement curved staircase anchoring the elegant two-storey home.

From this central atrium there is a grand formal lounge room complete with fireplace and integrated cabinetry.
