The 1986 Brownlow Medallist and I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! 2021 contestant appears in the listing video for the four-bedroom home at 17 Sanctuary Place.

In the video, DiPierdomenico urges buyers to check out the renovated house with the trademark enthusiasm he displayed in television advertisements for department store Dimmeys and Forges in the 1990s and 2000s.
The five-time VFL finals player extols the abode’s features including the kitchen equipped with Westinghouse appliances, a colourful splashback, breakfast bar and white cabinets.
There’s also a formal lounge with Tuscan-inspired columns, covered outdoor entertainers’ area and main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

The house has security cameras, a picket fence and a double garage.
Mr Jansz said the house had been recently renovated with new appliances installed in the kitchen, updated bathrooms, new carpets and blinds, repainting and landscaping.
He has plenty of fond memories of the home and the time spent there with his mother and father.
“The most beautiful memories I have are of Christmas time, opening presents, family dinners and birthday dinners,” Mr Jansz said.

Browns Reserve is just around the corner from the home, while the beach and public transport are also close by.
He said the neighbourhood was a great area where residents looked out for each other and held community gatherings at Christmas and Easter.
O’Brien property consultant and auctioneer John Rombotis, who has the listing with colleague Julie Zucha, said DiPierdomenico would also appear at the house’s auction at 4pm on May 16.
“It will likely be bought by a family, it is a very good sized home and it’s on 644sq m of land,” Mr Rombotis said.
“It’s in a very private area, there’s two large living zones and it has a $1.4m-$1.5m range.”

The home is close to Aspendale beach, parks, Aspendale Gardens Primary School and St Louis de Montfort’s School.
And the Hawks’ training facility and headquarters at the Kennedy Community Centre in Dingley Village is a 10-minute drive away.
in March, DiPierdomenico’s childhood home in Hawthorn sold for an undisclosed price after being listed with $3m expectations.
