When it comes to luxury living, the super-rich have always sought the best of the best, whether it’s sprawling estates, private jets or superyachts.

The New York Post reports, now they’re taking that opulence on the road with the world’s most expensive motorhome — a $US2.5 million ($A3.8m) mega mansion on wheels.

This isn’t your average RV; it’s a custom-built LOKI Coach Prevost Motorhome that’s been designed to rival even the most luxurious of residences.

Introducing the $4m mega mansion on wheels.

The cockpit alone sets the tone for what’s to come, with two plush white leather seats that cost a jaw-dropping $20,000 apiece.

But comfort is just the beginning.

The vehicle is powered by two massive lithium batteries, allowing it to run off the grid for an entire week.

Scattered throughout the vehicle are 10 touchscreen Garmin pads, allowing for seamless control of everything from lighting to entertainment. The main living area features a 65-inch TV.

Other amenities include a movie theatre, two kitchens and plush bedrooms.

The space is furnished with two sofas, one of which doubles as a fold-out bed for extra sleeping space.

Forget about the cramped, minimal setups you’d expect in a regular RV — this kitchen comes fully equipped with a stainless steel microwave, an induction hob and even a dishwasher. The cabinets are electromagnetic, meaning they stay securely shut while the vehicle is in motion.

But the true highlight of this rolling mansion is the master bedroom, located at the rear of the vehicle.

With a king-sized bed, two spacious wardrobes and a 50-inch retractable TV, it’s a space that like something you could find in a $100m mega mansion.

It features space to sleep up to four people.
